Worst service ever. Just left extremely dissappointed! Waited 15min to be greeted, 30 min with empty drinks and over an hour wait for our food. Was told when our food arrived that they were out of King Crab that we ordered. We asked our waitress to speak to a manager and she tells us there isn't one on duty. And that shes the closest to a manager. Doesn't compensate us for anything and charges us 18% gratuity. We go to the one in Pensacola all the time with no issues. My advice would be drive the extra 30 min to Fuji in Pensacola where they actually care about customers! Being a rare date night we get it put a huge damper on our night!

This place is awesome! I don't know about the other reviews on here talking about the customer service on a negative note because every single person in this restaurant was extremely nice towards my family. We were extremely satisfied with this place. Great food and great customer service. Please do not be fooled by others bad experience because this is a great establishment!

Yakisoba had correct amount of ginger. Rarely noted in supposed Japanese restaurants. They have the best real ginger salad dressing too.

I had a terrible experience. I went on July 20 2014 for my anniversary. The place was terribly understaffed and despite not being very busy, we waited literally 55 min to get any food from the time we ordered. .We saw many to go orders going out while we waited what seemed like an eternity. Whats worse you are limited to the quantity of the order... so you are forced to wait again while you are starving. When our Nigiri came it was 4 times the amount of rice you would expect... not double.. not triple.. but about 4 times the normal amount. I made a comment that i was just downright silly. Struggled to eat it. Looked nothing like the picture posted above. I will say the quality of the fish seemed good and the lobster roll was good. But having to wait so long on a Sunday night. I am just disappointed because i really wanted to like this place as i love AYCE sushi places. :-(

This review is going to be strictly on the all you can eat sushi they offer here for 20$ as the multiple times I have went this is what I got. Food - The selection for the ayce is quite large and can easily add up if you arrive with an empty stomach. While their rolls are by far not the best thing in any sense the overall quality and taste are good, especially considering the price. Also, the rolls are quite consistant as every time I have dined here I know what to expect. Staff - The staff has always been friendly and informative, they help assist in making your next roll selection and tend to your drinks etc perfectly. Decor - Traditional sushi place, there are private areas for larger parties that look neat but yet to try one. *Tip* - The ayce sushi allows you to order 3 rolls to start and 1 roll each time after that. If your in gulf breeze, craving sushi and want to stuff your stomach give fuji a try, you won't leave disappointed.

Sushi was fantastic. Super fresh fish, an abundance of roll choices and really friendly chefs. I'm glad it's 30 seconds from our house, we will be regulars. Oh and $2 off rolls on Wednesdays whoop!

Great Sushi! Lobster roll is phenomenal, steamed shrimp roll is tasty, spicy tune is top notch. Shrimp sauce is yumm!! Clear soup is very salty!

Very fresh sea food (sushi) if you want sushi this is a great place, don't go for other food though because this is more of a sushi place. The prices are average for sushi, for two people you will spend about 35-40 dollars and leave very full.

I had Generals chicken, it was OK. My friends are Sushi nuts and they wouldn't stop applauding this place. So for me it's a mixed bag.
